Please read these terms carefully before using OnChainWin. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnChainWin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OnChainWin.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in blockchain-based raffles complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
OnChainWin does not target or allow users from jurisdictions where blockchain raffles or similar activities are prohibited.

OnChainWin is a decentralized raffle platform operating on the Base blockchain network. Users can participate in raffles by purchasing tickets or entering free raffles.
Winner selection is performed on-chain using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) to ensure provably fair and transparent randomness.
Prize distribution is handled automatically by smart contracts. Once a winner is selected, prizes are sent directly to the winner's wallet address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, including private keys and seed phrases.
OnChainWin will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Any such requests are fraudulent.
All transactions initiated from your connected wallet are considered authorized by you. We cannot reverse or modify blockchain transactions.

Each raffle has specific rules regarding entry fees, number of winners, prize amounts, and duration. These details are displayed on the platform and encoded in the smart contract.
Once a raffle entry transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Free raffles may have additional eligibility criteria such as wallet verification or participation limits.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve inherent risks including but not limited to: price volatility, network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.
Transaction fees (gas fees) are paid to the blockchain network, not to OnChainWin. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the transaction outcome.
While our smart contracts are designed and tested for security, we cannot guarantee they are free from all vulnerabilities. Use the platform at your own risk.
Network outages, blockchain reorganizations, or other technical issues may temporarily affect platform functionality.

You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage in raffles unless explicitly permitted.
You may not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the smart contracts or platform infrastructure.
You may not use OnChainWin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
You may not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

OnChainWin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnChainWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to OnChainWin in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All content, branding, and materials on OnChainWin (excluding user-generated content and open-source smart contract code) are the property of OnChainWin.
Our smart contract source code may be verified and publicly viewable on block explorers as part of our transparency commitment.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
You may stop using OnChainWin at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Any pending raffle entries will remain valid until the raffle concludes.
